Great White Attacks-Kills Triathlete

Veterinarian Dave Martin was attacked and killed this weekend, by what authorities believe to be a 15-17 foot Great White Shark. Martin, a 66-year-old competitor, was swimming with a group of nine other members of the Triathlon Club of San Diego, according to a statement on the Solana Beach city Web site.
